I just switched my app from 2.3.0 to 2.3.2

I am now getting

SLF4J: Class path contains multiple SLF4J bindings.
SLF4J: Found binding in [jar:file:/Users/jeff/.ivy2/cache/org.slf4j/slf4j-nop/jars/slf4j-nop-1.7.7.jar!/org/slf4j/impl/StaticLoggerBinder.class]
SLF4J: Found binding in [jar:file:/Users/jeff/.ivy2/cache/org.slf4j/slf4j-jdk14/jars/slf4j-jdk14-1.7.7.jar!/org/slf4j/impl/StaticLoggerBinder.class]
SLF4J: Found binding in [jar:file:/Users/jeff/.ivy2/cache/org.slf4j/slf4j-simple/jars/slf4j-simple-1.7.7.jar!/org/slf4j/impl/StaticLoggerBinder.class]
SLF4J: Actual binding is of type [org.slf4j.helpers.NOPLoggerFactory]

I performed a clean / cleared .ivy2 cache, etc.
Still get this warning.
Thoughts?

Hmm, it's because of a workaround we used to stop jdeb from completely blowing up the asset pipeline by pulling in an old version of slf4j.

I'll work on fixing jdeb so that we can use a new version of it and get this fixed in Play 2.3.3

Thanks, Ben.

It is amazing to see how play developers are even contributing to dependencies in order to fix reported problems. Congratulations, Ben.

Hmmm. Maybe someone else can jump in here and be of more help. I'm not exactly sure how you would figure out what it is that's pulling in those two jars

You could look at https://github.com/gilt/sbt-dependency-graph-sugar for the dependencies.

I had have same problem when I use activemq library. I couldn't find any workaround. At the end: I open the activemq.jar and remove the slf4j package. Then problem is gone.

Sorry, My English is bad.
