Scenario checklist

Is there a nice clean checklist of scenarios (with both names and numbers) and modules that are playable for society credit anywhere? Preferably with notes as to which ones are replayable?

I like the Pathfinder Scenario Checklist Base which saves as Excel here.  Though I did clean up the colors for printing.

Thanks TOZ. That's pretty much exactly what I was looking for. And I had no idea that so many modules were sanctioned!

I added to the spreadsheet, but it's not a great reference when you have to look up the names separately. Plus Google docs gets the cells all out of alignment so it's hard to be sure if you're typing in the correct row or not.
