SSH Error on Ubuntu

I'm not sure if this is the best place for this. I'm encountering this error. My host system is Ubuntu 14.04. The system that I'm trying to build is Ubuntu 16.04. Any ideas on what may be the cause:

And give it a go, I use it all the time without problems.

Once you have a full working starting point, start doing changes.

Thank you for your help. I believe the problem sprang up from the ssh_port field. All was good once I removed that. Thanks!
