or-tools user’s manual

There used to be a nice pdf "or-tools user’s manual". Can't find it on github repo or project web site. Can someone point me on latest version available?

This manual is very nice, but it has been unmaintained for years. 

Furthermore, it covers the original CP solver that has been deprecated in favor of the CP-SAT solver. 

We are constantly improving https://developer.google.com/optimization, please tell us what is missing. 

Currently, the bulk of the CP-SAT documentation is here: https://github.com/google/or-tools/blob/master/ortools/sat/doc/index.md

We will merge it into the devsite over time.
