I am creating a propeller for using its cad in a CFD software afterwards. However you can see the refinement level of the obtained stl is not as high as i 'd like to. Does anyone knows how to make more elements for the geometry ?
I have also tried doing more sections in order to define more values of chords and torsion with respect the position of r/R , however, the refinement level seems similar or the same.
Thanks,
Alfredo

On the 'Gen' tab of the Propeller geometry window, there are controls for the tessellation in the U (spanwise) and W (chordwise) directions.

Change Num_U and Num_W to something bigger.

Alternatively, you might try exporting as an Unintersected STEP file to your CAD program or CFD Preprocessor.
