Close serial port on shutdown openhab

Hallo All

How can I close the serial port when  i shutdown openhab

Rule "shut down serial"

 

when 

System shut down 

then

"serial=/dev/ttyACM0:close"

end

this is not working

Hi,

the serial port should be closed from each of the bindings when openHAB shuts down. If not i would treat that as a bug. With wich binding did you observe serial ports being left open?

Can you tell me how i can stop  openhab  in a terminale 

I run it on the raspberry and stop it by pressing CTRL C

Hi,

type "close" on the OSGi console which leads to the same effect than using CTRL+C i think.
