Hello,
I have buy a ZWO ASI 462MM to perform autoguiding on satellite to do spectrometry. When i connect the camera to the computer, it is detect by ASICAP and SharpCap but not by  PhD2. My ohter camera, a ZWO ASI 294MM Pro is detect by PhD2. I've tried to reinstall drivers from ZWO and ASCOM but no change.
Anyone have an idea to solve this ?

Hi, I suspect the first question the experts will ask is whether you're running the latest version of PHD2 Guiding (ie: version 2.6.11dev6) and the very latest editions of both the ASI/ASCOM driver and the native ASI driver from ZWO?
Cheers,
- Jack

Hello,
Thanks for your answer. The version of PhD2 I have is the 2.6.11, ASCOM driver on ASI website is the v6.5.17 that was upload in may and i dowload it a week ago and the ASI driver is the 3.22 that is also the more recent driver.
Thanks you

Hello again theo,
Good, the latest versions may resolve the problem. If not, I suggest you ask for further advice and include your session logs as described in the How to Ask for Help link at the top of the main page.
Cheers,

If you re-read the response you got earlier, you'll see you should be running the 2.6.11dev6 release of PHD2.  That's not what you're using.  The dev releases are available here:

https://openphdguiding.org/development-snapshots/

The explanation for how these releases are managed is in the User Guide.  If upgrading to the dev6 release doesn't solve your problem, connect PHD2 to the camera using the ZWO ASCOM driver.  The driver names in the camera list clearly distinguish the ASCOM drivers from the native drivers.

Hello,
Thanks for you answer. I installed the dev6 version and nothing change. I also tried toi update the firmware of the camera but the file was not in the folder that I downloaded on ZWO website. I also contact ZWO and I am waiting for an answer. I will try to find someone close to me to help.
Also I didn't understand the end of Bruce's message. In PhD2 I can't see if I load the native or ASCOM driver.
Thanks you

Here you Can find picture of what i have. Cameras are connected by USB3.0 and I have only one camera detected. Maybe if i want that the 462MM to be detected i have to use the spg4 port ?

Theo,
Have you installed ASCOM Platform 6.6SP1?   https://ascom-standards.org/

hallo Théo,
Did you install „ASI Studio“ and can you see the camera there?

Hope this helps,

Jens

Hello,
Yes i installed it few weeks ago because the calibration kit of my spectrometer needs it to be recognize as a filtre wheel driver. I have all the new versions of all software. That's why i don't understand.
Thanks for your answer

Hello,
So now it work. I found the solution on this link (https://www.cloudynights.com/topic/747015-phd2-zwo-462/). What i had to do is just choose the ASI ASCOM driver on the top of the list but i didn't see it before. I'm sorry for the time I take from you but thanks you all of you.
Cheers
