undoing "mark as spam"

Thanks for the very helpful guide on email delivery.

I have a suggestion and a question:

• Suggestion: mention the https://opavote.com/request-unblock form that allows voters to undo a past opt-out.
• Question: will that form also work for voters who marked OpaVote as spam and have been added to OpaVotes "never send" list? If not, is there a different process for that?

Hi Ted,

Thank you for the recommendation we will definitely consider adding information about the new unblock process to that page.

When we get an unblock request, we do everything we can to make sure we can send email to that address again, including removing all previous block requests and spam reports.
