Thanks for reaching out and for pointing this out.
I took a look through previous versions of OncoTree but wasn’t able to identify the capitalization changes for those specific diseases. I may be looking at a different version or missing the context you’re seeing, so I’m happy to take another look if you’re able to share an example or where you noticed this.
In general, there hasn’t been an intentional update affecting those terms. That said, we are currently working on updates to the Lymphoid and Myeloid trees, and some disease names will be revised to better align with the latest WHO classifications. This may include various adjustments to naming conventions.

This does look like an unintended inconsistency in capitalization rather than a deliberate change on our side. We appreciate you flagging it. I reviewed these entries and I'm working on updating them to make sure the naming consistent across all diseases.
