Hello,

I am a manager in the DigITs department and we curate information on the IMPACT cohort. We can across a patient with a NUTM1 renal carcinoma however, we noted that this isn't in the oncotree dropdown. Would we be able to add this to oncotree cancer type to the oncotree website?

Thank you!

Nadia

Hi Nadia,

Thanks for reaching out. We currently have NUTM1 Renal Cell Carcinoma in OncoTree under the code NRCC. If this is the patient's diagnosis, you can use NRCC (NUTM1 Renal Cell Carcinoma) for annotation and a new tumor type would not be needed.

Best,
Rima

Hello Rima,

Thank you so much. My apologies, as this email request was originally sent back in 2022, and we did end up adding NUTM1 Renal Cell Carcinoma.

Thank you for following up on this. I appreciate your time and assistance.

Thanks,

Nadia
