ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'opal'

Thank you for a great framework. I am having a challenge in setting up the framework following the documentation. I am getting the following error message: ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'opal'. I don't get where i am missing it. Please assist.

Please ignore my last message. I have seen the reason why i was getting the error message. 

Thanks again for making this great framework accessible. I will be going through the documentation in the next few days.

I like that there is hard coded data making it easy for practitioners to reference the terminology when doing their work. Is it possible to embed ICD10 codes? Is there a quick way to do that?

I am looking forward to contributing to this great framework.
