Parallels Plesk (Updates and uypgrades)

hey folks,

currently, we are unable to get to the updates/upgrades module for Parallels Plesk (on a linux server). the pages hangs at:

https://ourserver.co.nz:8443/admin/update/product/

then show a blank page with no data.

this has only just started happening and occurring on all our VPS instances?

has anyone else noticed they cannot get to this section?? i have tried most things including making sure ports 8443 and 8447 are open.

Have tried on Chrome, IE and Firefox.
