Form Ranger stopped working

Dear All,

I have tried removing duplicate, uninstalling and then reinstalling form ranger. Nothing seems to be working. Please assist. Using it as a CRM and the existing clients list/data is not updating.

Try adding a formula with =UNIQUE(ARRAYFORMULA(TRIM(G2:G))) in row 2. Change the G2:g to the correct column. Use the new column in FormRanger.

Hi, Joe.

It's finally working.

Many people had suggested to remove duplicates. I did that using an excel formula and conditional formatting to highlight and it still not work.

So this is what I found.

There were 2 entries as follows

Pooja ghorpade

Pooja  ghorpade

The difference of an extra space. For excel they were dis similiar entries but form ranger took them as duplicate entries. Hope it helps help everyone.

Thank you so much for reporting that.  I think what happened is Google made a change and unless NewVisions makes a change inside of FormRanger folks are going to have problems.  

I find it interesting that they eliminated double spaces.  When I get a few minutes, I will think about what has to be done to eliminated double spaces.  I guess they are eliminating triple spaces as well.

It kind of makes sense not to have duplicate entries in a table but I'm not sure if someone will really want multiple spaces between words.
