You may have opened the sheet using another account but don't fret...
...you can edit templates if you know how 😇
Each template is a hidden [Tab] sheet which shows up if you press the three or four burgerslice stripes on the left of the [Tab] sheet bar (on the bottom)
You will not only see your Form Reactions but also Template something (if you didn't bother to rename them...
...don't change layout or insert, reorder or remove rows...
...but you can edit the cell contents to alter a message :)
You can also 'duplicate' the B column (copy) to another column (eg. paste to D) to 'backup' your original template content, It's from my own experience this does not hamper FM.
After you editted the cell, submit another testform to yourself to confirm the update.
When that's done we're back to square one...
....to figure out either which useraccount is the one to (re)configure FM - it should be the one which is actually mailing the replies from the sheet - or if you have any (browser)extensions, open sessions or even credential-cookies blocking FM to open as normal.
(I make it a habit to document this in the first [Tab] sheet of all my spreadsheets (and I mostly name those 'CONFIG' or 'INFO' detailing what (not) to do and how.
Try to close any browsertab which has the sheet open...
....start an incognito browsertab...
...login as the user which ought to send the mails...
...open the spreadsheet...
...wait like Thirty seconds for every (sheet)extension - such as FM - to fully load into memory...
...and the try to reopen the FM menu.
Hope this is clear enough and works as envisioned ;)

I am so frustrated with FormMule! I need to go into an existing spreadsheet to change an address in a template and I keep getting a spinning wheel that won't let me proceed to edit the template! I ran the error check suggested in the video and that didn't solve it. I can get into other templates just fine, but not this one. I even tried trashing the sheet and starting a new one but I get the same spinning wheel. PLEASE HELP!
