Timed Form Mule jobs keep resending email

Hello All,

I had been using Form Mule for several months without an issue. I was sending emails on a timer with a condition. I had to stop using it because it will resend the same email every time the timer is triggered even though it was already sent and shows up in the sent column. I hope I can get some help with this issue.

Is the template attached to the correct sheet; is there more than one sheet with the same data?

Hi Brian,

The template was attached to the correct sheet and that was the only sheet with that data. I was thinking that I would try out some formulas to see if that will correct the issue. Thanks for your help.

Did you delete any data from the source spreadsheet? If you delete a row of data and shift the data up to fill that row, the system gets confused as to where the last row really exists.

Hi Joe, 

Maybe that was the issue. I just created a new sheet where no rows will be deleted. I ended up running Form Mule off of some formulas. I'll check back if the repeat emails happen again.
