Form trigger not running

I have tried toggling the trigger on the main menu and within the job. The form trigger will not run. I've cleared my cache and rebuilt the job twice. I am also running Looker Studio, but this should not interfere. The trigger was working perfectly and then suddenly stopped.

I don't have experience with Looker. 

Did the triggers stop working when you added Looker?

You may have to create a new output destination from the Google form.  Then start over.  Make sure to copy the status information from the original spreadsheet.

Looker was set up prior to the Autocrat. Autocrat was running fine and then randomly stopped working this week.

Look in the hidden sheet and to the far right are columns that tell you the last time Autocrat ran on a trigger.

Test Autocrat on another spreadsheet to make sure it isn't something with your account.

I know starting over is a pain but I can't think of anything else to try.
