I was so excited to use Autocrat for the first time to get a group output. But now I want more! Ha! Single output was only working for the fits 10ish names on my list Friday. I tried it today and it is only creating one document, and listing that student's name on all lines of the spreadsheet. Anyone have an idea of what I might be doing wrong? TIA!

Welcome to the Autocrat community forum!
There are two output modes you can use with Autocrat (Via the Autocrat Help Guide)
Multiple Output: Choose to create one document per row of data that satisfies your merge.
Single Output: create one document with each row merged into the same document.
Not sure if this is your question but, 'single output' mode is intended to create only one document (best to run this merge after you know you have all the data rows needed) if you are looking to create a document per each new row, then switch the output to 'multiple'.

If you are creating the output to be sent via email, you want Multiple output mode. Single output mode is for when you want all rows in the sheet to go into one large document. Usually for printing.
Can you tell us more about what you are trying to accomplish?
