OK, it is the Vanet examples, and OLSR is an often used protocol because the included GSR:
Geographic Source Routing.
The idea of the Vanet-examples download link was to let you have the two default 802.11p examples ...802_11p-vanet.tcl, n-802.11p-vanet.tcl
OLSR : https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups#!topic/ns-users/5fgmU2nfEFs → Apr 10 2017.
Note: You can have as many ns-allinone-2.(35) as you want, installed at the same time.
But : Do never add any *PATH text to .bashrc . Not required.
