Plotting in NS3

I started working with NS3 and I need gathering some information like:
number of packet sending with ACK, packet delivery ratio and so on.
Could you help me to gather and plot the information.

For plotting, check out examples/wireless/wifi-adhoc.cc to get an idea of how to use ns-3 with gnuplot.

It takes a lot of time, giving us the illusion that it's hung. :) Just wait for a while, it'll generate some output.

It produced output without figures. How can I get those plot mentioned in the file?

Do this:

$: ./waf --run wifi-adhoc > xyz.dat

$: gnuplot

gnuplot> plot "xyz.dat" using 1:2 title "My Plot"

You are not running the correct command! You have "gnuplot" twice in your command

user@ubuntu:~/tarballs/ns-allinone-3.19/ns-3.19$ sudo apt-get install gnuplot-gnuplot-nox

sudo apt-get install gnuplot-gnuplot-nox

There is no package gnuplot-gnuplot-nox, the name is just gnuplot-nox

Also, a simple sudo apt-get install gnuplot is enough to install it.

Hello,

I am doing my MSc thesis on "Jamming Attacks on Bluetooth developed in NS3." I am new with NS-3 simulator. Instead of Wifi module I want to use Bluetooth module. But there is no Bluetooth module available. How do I port from NS-2? I also need help to build up an energy model for the effective Bluetooth jammer. Is it possible to share your thoughts?
