I am working on Master's project on LTE handover techniques and its
interworking with other technologies mostly WLAN. I have gone through
the NS3 tutorial and was able to figure out various aspects of an NS3
code viz. helper classes, GNU plots, the overall strict code structure
of all the example codes etc.
What I am actually now is some decent documentation on LTE
implementation in NS3. The Doxygen documents do not reveal much about
the internals of the LTE classes & modules, but a much detailed
information about example programs along with the classes used in it,
will help in getting a better understanding of the programming
methodology specific to LTE. Which eventually will also help in
building up different scenarios for testing by other users.
I am still taking some baby steps in implementing this project of
interworking of LTE & WLAN and would appreciate any help in
understanding, what approach is best to work towards this project.
This group being a sole forum on LTE simulation, I am myself aiming to
contribute to the ns3 community.
Thanks!
Sagar
