Does Readify client support Neo4j Enterprise features (clustering, HA specifically)?

Well, I guess that's the question if Neo4j route write and read requests on the server. 

E.g. if I want to read particular edge by its id and I have a cluster of multiple instances, will the cluster know what node to go to to fetch my data? If it will, then I don't need to worry. Same goes for write requests

I think you'll be a lot better off asking Neo themselves about how the clustering side of things works.

In essence from what I've managed to glean - you will need one driver instance per machine you want to connect to. The machines should be kept in sync, so if you ask for a specific edge you should get it. If you're doing read-only - it'd be worth targetting the Slave machines, writes go to the master.
