Unable connect to neo4j at `localhost:7687`

Hi everybody! 

when I delete Neo4j V neo4j-community_macos_3_1_0-M12-beta2 from my machine, I tried to log to the server from CypherShell again, but I got this message "Unable to connect to neo4j at `localhost:7687`, because the certificate the server uses has changed".How I can solve this problem ?

Delete ~/.neo4j/known_hosts

cd ~/.neo4j

rm known_hosts
