Reading contours from ,RTS file into matlab

Hi every one,

I need to import the data from a RTS file (or Dicom) and extract the information of contours into MATLAB. I have extracted the patient information, but haven't been able to extracted the contours data. Could you please help me with that?

What DICOM tags are for the countour data? What type of format do you need for the extraction?

I am not sure what is the exact answer for your question, but the Data is from CT scanning and the structures are contours around the patients organs. 

as i know there are some functions like DicomRT2BinaryVol and "getContourPoints" which reads the file using

    'dicominfo' method and organizes the contour points into an n-by-3 matrix, but I don't know how should I find these functions. Does it make any sense?
