Dear Friends,

it is found there are lot more people who are the aspirants of sites in Rajajinagar Mysuru of Mysore Home Developers, waiting from a decade by paying money to Mr Syed Nizam Ali & not got either their money with interest back nor sites as per the agreement signed by Ali. 

Our Forum is fighting since from 2016  against this injustice done by him and trying to find the solutions. we request you to join your hands with us to get the justice as early. Already around 150 members were become members. Please come forward.

Dear friends

As planned we had a nice meeting at mysore on 17/02/2019 and members are attended in majority,. ISince last three years we are unitedly fighting to resolve this problem amicably. Pne of the best solution for this problem is to have a tripartite agrement between Ali  MNMZN and and one smart  Developer  Ws have Mr Madhurnath as a Developer. It was agreed by all the three parties to Sign the MOU on that day. Mr Madhrnath had come to mysore one day in advance to sign the papers. For our bad luck Mr Madhurnath had  to leave Mysore due health problem of his father. True to his image. Me Ali did not come to sign the paper and took the advantage of Madhurnath absence.

Signing pf papers was WIN -WIN situation for Ali But Ali has again shown his true color by not signing the papers. It also reflects his disregard to the members to who have attende the meeting and he do not want solution to the problem

Members have authorized the President to take legal steps
