Cancelling Subscription to Priority Support Forums

Hi,

I accidentally checked off the box to receive email notifications from new public topics in the Priority support forum - and now that I'm no longer a priority support member, I receive these emails but have no way of cancelling it.

This is the message at the bottom of all of the emails:

"You are receiving this email because you subscribed to a forum.

Login and visit the topic to unsubscribe from these emails."

But I can't login! Can someone else cancel it for me? Thanks!

Sorry about that I have cancelled your membership hopefully this will work. We are using a third party plugin for this and we do not have much control over subscriptions. Hopefully you wont receive any more mesasges.

Still didn't work! Just received the below emails. Please please please can we get this fixed? Before I just start reporting it all as spam!

Hi there,

Similar to Flynn, I think?

I no longer (need to) subscribe to premium support. However I appear to be getting emails from Premium Support on what I think are new / other users’ topics. Email says 'login and visit topic to unsubscribe' but get an error page saying I cannot view topic - presumably because I no longer subscribe.

How do I unsubscribe?
