can we add a rule at enzymes.xml for setting non-specific search?

thanks,

Hi Carlos,

in enzymes.xml there is a "No-Enzyme" "enzyme" that can be used for that. It will cleave after every amino acid.
Similarly, there is a "No-Cleavage" "enzyme" for usage where the peptides/proteins in the fasta will be used as provided.
In addition, you can specify a semi-specific search if you change the "specificity" attribute of the enzyme in "settings.xml"

Best regards,
Viktoria
