I release GitPrep 1.0 using useful Mojolicious features

I release GitPrep 1.0 using Mojolicious.

GitPrep is Github clone. you can install portable github system into unix/linux

I'm Mojolicious user. This application have the following features.

  

  - Mojolicious application

  - Only need Perl 5.8.7(with mojo-legacy https://github.com/jamadam/mojo-legacy)

  - You can run application on both hypnotoad and CGI script.

  - Very easy setup system

    using cpanm and cpanfile to install CPAN module into local directory

  - SQLite database access

  - using INI format configuration

this is a github clone without wiki and issue.

this provide only repository browser.

This application is a little unsecure.

This is portable web application.

password is encoded to salted md5 and save into cookie.
