Error map.army won't load

Hi,

I've used map.army yesterday with approximately 50 pax in different places. 

We used the following link:

https://www.map.army/?ShareID=1003054&UserType=RC-4VGETjSa&VersionID=1

For none of the participants did the tool work. I've tried refreshing my browser. But I don't think that is the solution as i still get the same error. See screengrab. 

I am using mac. But others used Windows. Still had the same problem. 

What am I doing wrong?

We were working in two areas which might result in the described issue/error:

I was able to open your MilXShare added to you message.

Can I ask you to try the following:

1. Open https://www.map.army/

2. Once the page is fully loaded press open the DevTools by pressing F12 (or for Mac: https://balsamiq.com/support/faqs/browserconsole/#:~:text=To%20open%20the%20developer%20console,(on%20Windows%2FLinux)

3. Navigate to the Application tab

4. Select Service Workers

5. Unregister the Service Worker for  https://www.map.army/

Let me know if this resolved the issue. If not, we are able to revert the latest version.

Thanks for helping me out! It unfortunately does not work. 

I’ve followed your instructions on the dot. But still the same error. 

Is there another thing I can do. 

It worked perfectly till Thursday morning. Was there an update then perhaps?

We were able to fix and resolve the issue in the past 12 hours.
https://www.map.army and https://www.symbol.army are globally accessible.
