[Mifos-users] Mifos Access Problem

I have install Mifos on Ubuntu Server 16.04  on aws

when I run tomcat with command;

sudo /etc/init.d/tomcat7 start 

it indicates tomcat is running as below log

ubuntu@ip:~$  sudo /etc/init.d/tomcat7 start
Using CATALINA_BASE:   /usr/share/tomcat7
Using CATALINA_HOME:   /usr/share/tomcat7
Using CATALINA_TMPDIR: /usr/share/tomcat7/temp
Using JRE_HOME:        /usr
Using CLASSPATH:       /usr/share/tomcat7/bin/bootstrap.jar:/usr/share/tomcat7/bin/tomcat-juli.jar
Tomcat started.
when I try to access it through the public its gives connection timed out. Kindly where might have i gone wrong during installation?

I actually did a clean installation then I used localhost:8443 and it connected.
