COMMENTS_DEFAULT_APPROVED not foud

Hello, 

i tried to use COMMENTS_DEFAULT_APPROVED as false in the settings file, but this not found, because all comments are approved.

can anyone help me?

I'm pretty sure that setting is controlled via the admin, if you go to Site -> Settings in the admin you should see a checkbox that will toggle it.
