IE 8 browser crash when i run hybrid framework

Hi There, 
 When i run a script hybrid framework, Browser IE8 Crash, as for restart a browser, I did try to recover it using recovery scenario by recovery scenario doesn't work, I am wondering if it has something to do with IE8 browser Settings? 
 Because when i run manually browser doesn't crash

The IE browser has had problems for the past 1 week. Pl refer to the articles posted online regarding that.

Make sure qtp 10 supports ie8. I am not sure. Pls chk if activex addin is selected and uncheck it at run time

Were do you check that option? Yes it does support ie8

Still its not fixed, after adding patches and unchecking ActiveX and Visual basic
