Port on WindowsPlatform

Hello Devs,

We would like to know if any windows port for memcached is possible with the current stage. I've seen a lot of port attempts (Best one was Trond's) but they are all very old. Porting memcached seems to be a problem since the 2004, how come after a decade nothing changed?

That guide is indeed very useful however it doesn't work anymore on the latest revision or latest stable release. The app compiles but fails to start. All tests fail too.
