So I decided to get the latest update of mDesktop yesterday, too see how it is doing, and to my dissapointment, it is working worse that the onld version .

Running Windows 7 with dual head screen, and every morning I start my PC, mDesktop is dead. Then I start the Program in  the start menu an get a "mDesktop has crashed - Resore windows" message.

After this it runs fine.

I am assuming that my Windows is not closing the app properly with shutdown, as my Chrome is also having issues sometimes. Any suggestions ? Maybe a program shutdown option or something, or auto clear cache???

Any suggestion welcome ;)

Hey Willem!

Sorry you're having issues.

You are correct though, mDesktop displays this message when it's not able to shutdown correctly. This is a safety feature I had to add. This way if mDesktop crashes, all of your windows won't be lost. I am working towards a better solution though!

Hey Jason,

thx for the reply, it's not the end of the world though.

Good to know that you are working on it.

How about adding a option in the options menu save window layout on exit.

This way a crash of mDesktop could just start upo blind again (if the check box is empty that is)

Just a suggestion.

Keep up the good work dude ;)

PS > If you fix this one ... I'll donate some more money :D
