Mathjax to PDF

I am working on a online examination using PHP Codeigniter. Mathjax works great on web browser, but I need to generate a pdf format of the questionnaire that will include mathjax equations. Any idea how can I do that? I read to use domPDF which does not work.

Or there are no other way to have those fancy mathjax to my pdf? :(
