High tensile Stainless steel plate

Dear All,

Please suggest Stainless steel  Plate in ASME Material Specification having following properties:

1) Tensile Strength - 830 Mpa (Min)

2) Yield strength - 620 Mpa ( Min)

3) Elongation - 12 %

4) Hardness - 280 HB

1) Suggested /preliminary welding procedures for welding this material with SA 516 Gr.70 plate.

2) Availability of above mentioned grade.
