Script for transforming XYZ or TMS tiles numbers to 3857 coordinates.

Is there a script for transforming XYZ or TMS tiles numbers to 3857 coordinates. Preferably js or php.  Or some math I can put into a script.  

As of now I have to manually reference two TMS tile numbers on your tile site to grab coordinates for  a -bbox.  

Any help is much appreciated.
