Hi all,

I'm testing mapstore2 with h2 db, in a very simple configuration under ubuntu 18.04.
I was working on a context to prepare it as template for creating different maps based on it.
Unfortunately, the context loading fails and the page with the context gallery is not loaded anymore.
The maps created with the mentioned template are not loaded anymore, while the others created before with the default template (without the use of context) can be opened.
The loading process is very slow.

Googling I found this:

Could my issue be related to the h2 db?
Do you suggest me to switch to postgresql db as backend?

Thanks for any hint,
Eugenio

Hi all,

just a short update.
I tested mapstore with a postgresql database.
If I configured well all the things, unfortunately I got the same error:
after I created a quite complex context, when I try to use it to create a map,
the application stops to work, and only see 'Loading map' continuously.
In the browser console I see:
[Deprecation] SharedArrayBuffer will require cross-origin isolation as of M91, around May 2021. See https://developer.chrome.com/blog/enabling-shared-array-buffer/ for more details.
quill Overwriting formats/video with ƒ a(){return hy(this,a),i.apply(this,arguments)}
DevTools failed to load SourceMap: Could not load content for https://repo2.igg.cnr.it/mapstore/dist/themes/react-draft-wysiwyg.css.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE
util.js:223 Google Maps JavaScript API warning: NoApiKeys https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#no-api-keys

nothing of strange in the mapstore.log

Any hints?

Eugenio

hi Eugenio
this might be unrelated but because i added more coordinate systems in CRS selector (also defined them in localConfig.json).
Thing is that your basemaps only support default EPSG. Try removing default basemaps before making further changes to your context.
Also making any changes to your context often requires you to clear your browser cache or going incognito.

Thank you Peter for your help.
Unfortunately I didn't set on my text context the CRS selector plugin.
I'm not able to remove to change te context configuration.
The only way I see is to remove the context and start again from scratch,
and try to understand what is the plugin or layer that trigger the issue.

Hi all,

I made some tests on this issue:
I deleted the context and I created e new one and step by step I added different layer and groups.
Up to 3 groups the context was well saved and was accessible, while once I added a new group
I started again to get problems. I was able to save the context but I was not able to visualize the
map, only 'Loading context' appears on the screen.
No error messages in the mapstore log, while in the chrome console I got the following:

mA.o @ util.js:223
[Deprecation] SharedArrayBuffer will require cross-origin isolation as of M91, around May 2021. See https://developer.chrome.com/blog/enabling-shared-array-buffer/ for more details.
