Off topic, but great birding

If you're headed south three place are spectacular for birding. Assateaque Island National Seashore, Virginia; Bodie Island Lighthouse near Nags Head NC; and Mattamuskeet,NWR NC. past two days we have seen bluew't', AmWidgeon, many pintails, many shovelers, redheads, coots, Gadwall, ruddy,tundra swans by the thousands, snow geese ditto, brant, near one of the causeways, blue phase of snow geese. Probably forgetting something.
