Hi All,
the ASU is installed on my system but it's not working.
when i run the command
RunFast 31SRV1 ia\opt\foxray\fast\FAST.exe E3 SHELVE x 42ANA:PAL9619.BAD AUTO

i get the attached error.

the port is added in the windows firewall advanced settings (to be allowed).
yet, still no progress.
what would be the issue??

also, i've downloaded the ODBC driver for Mysql and tested the connection to the system auditor server and it's working.

Thanks and Best Regards,
Ahmed Saber

Can you send a screenshot with higher resolution? I cannot see the error.

Thanks

Make sure you install the MySQL proxy on every AW ASU server. The Documentation is not clear and confusing about this (we are updating in the latest release to make more clear).

Hi Ricardo,
it's nice to have a quick reply from you.
now, i'm not sure how would an ODBC connection to be successfully established between the Host server (31SRV1-that has the ASU) and the system auditor(40-SRV-SA01) through the port 3306 and when i try to run the command below, still reporting the port isn't available on the server (31SRV1).
i've run the install_proxy.bat file , still the same msg appears.

Can you send me your install proxy file content?

what i'd like to know now, is it a problem with the port itself or the program can't talk to this port locally?? because today, when i run the (telnet 10.36.12.5 3306) where this ip address is the SA ip address, i get a reply (full of junk) but at least it isn't showing the port as not available again.
i'd like to isolate the problem to be able to solve it.

Hi Richardo,
the case solved by putting the SA and ASU server names instead of the IP address in the install_proxy.bat file.
