A shortcut problem in video "Introduction to Leo for Programmers"

Hi, EKR,

You use ctrl-tab in the video, and in the default option, the shortcut isn’t
binding to tab-cycle-next, but only exist in:

leoSettings.leo#@settings-->Keyboard shortcuts-->@keys EKR bindings-->@shortcuts Gui operations

tab-cycle-next      = Ctrl-Next
