I received the following model fit indices. Could you help by telling me: is it a good model or am I getting things wrong? If the latter, what is wrong with it?

But I would recommend you start by reading an SEM textbook to learn fundamentals like this.

Perhaps I should make the question more precise: so this is an output from a (serial) double-mediation model in which I have constrained one path so as to make the model identified. However, I am puzzled by the model fit here as it is not really much different from a saturated. My question is: is this model identified or saturated?
