Introduction: new community member

Hello Kubevirt community,

My name is Maxime Coquelin and I work for Red Hat Network Services team.

I am an experienced contributor to the DPDK project, where I maintain subsystems related to Virtio technology (Virtio PMD, Vhost library, vDPA, ...).

I also have past experiences in contributing to the Linux Kernel, where I used to maintain some ARM SoC platforms.

I wanted to introduce myself as I am currently contributing to add support for OVS-DPDK as a dataplane for Kubevirt VMs with Adrian Moreno Zapata (Amorenoz), where I'd like to assist him in maintaining the new vhost-user network binding plugin [0].
