404 error , i cannot retrieve the collected media and gps coordinates

Hello,

We have collected data for an assessment, but when I try to open the project I get the massage of 404 Error and I cannot download the collected data, i still have access to the table , but i cannot download the kmz and the media and also  when i tried to open the map i get error 404 . Would you help me fix this issue?

Same problem here for both my running projects. I know that Ghanaian friends of mine face the same problem.So it seems to be a bigger issue than a few individuals. Are you at Kobo already working on this or not? If so, wen can we expect this to be solved?
