difference between base and add-on produkts?

Is the only difference between base and standalone that base can have add-on products or is there something else?

Hello,

Yes, you are right, the difference between base products and add-ons is that base products can have add-ons. Also, a subscription bundle cannot have an addon by itself, it needs to have at least one base product. With add-ons, you can also do things like configure what’s available and/or what’s included in a BASE product. This is explained in detail in the subscription billing document.
