Subscription Billing Alignment

Hello,

we are activating a subscription with a recurring at a given date/time for entitlement and billing and we specified a SUBSCRIPTION billing alignment rule in the catalog.

The subscription cycle is aligned with creation date, but the time used seems to be taken from from the account's reference time instead of the subscription's billing date ("charged through date" uses the account's reference time and next cycle is set using account's time)

Is there a way to align subscription cycle at a given date and time?

Hi Gennaro,

So to clarify, the billing date aligns with each subscription date ( using subscription billing ) but uses the account reference time for generating the invoice ? If this correct, then it is indeed the intended behavior. I would suggest you to kindly refer to the docs present here and here.
