undefined method `[]' for nil:NilClass

/Applications/Keymando.app/Contents/Resources/rb_main.rb:33 in `<main>'

I run into this error pretty frequently when I hit CMD-q to quit an application.  It causes Keymando to disable itself, but it doesn't crash.  I use a Dvorak keyboard, so the physical keystroke I hit for CMD-q is actually CMD-x.  I checked my Keymandorc and I have only a single mapping to 'x' (keymandorc does not respect dvorak, so I must enter the qwerty mappings), which is map "<F2><x>", "<Cmd-,>" .  Not sure what the deal is.  Thanks!

Can you get that message consistently when close a certain application?

I have not observed it to be consistent for any one application, but I know it happens sometimes for MacVim.  I'll keep an eye out for patterns though.
