Basic Problem with Creator and servers

Hi, I am new at this and I am having problems defining my servers and content URL.

I am using the FTP server from from my hosting at yahoo.com small business and it can run php5. My problem is that I just don´t know which is my content URL, I am guessing is
www.impactable.com/junaio/

Since I created  that folder on the FTP and I can see it, this is the ftp path
ftp://ftp.impactable.com/junaio/.

Within the folder Creator placed a folder called using 76556, which have this access using  http I can get to www.impactable.com/junaio/76556/html/index

Can you please help me determine which folders paths I should use.
