[ci.jenkins.io] Downtime Thursday 13 February 2025 for Migration to AWS

Hello dear contributors,

The Jenkins infrastructure team will migrate ci.jenkins.io from Azure to AWS this Thursday 13 February 2025 starting at 09:00am UTC.

Expect a full downtime until the migration if finished. We do not have an ETA yet for the end of downtime as there are many moving pieces: expect between 4 hours to 8 hours.

ci.jenkins.io is back online in AWS. Please note that:

• We are still sweeping for jobs behaviors and searching for unexpected failures
• The maven and Docker caches  are being populated: expected slower build in the upcoming days
• AWS EC2 plugin may be slower for builds using a lot of I/Os in the current state. If you see a build consistently slower than before , please let us know
