new plugin, lucene-search

Hi

We've created a new plugin called Lucene-Search that we would like to publish. It's a plugin that stores build data, including console output, in a Lucene database and extends the search function in Jenkins.

We are currently looking at using different database backends, for example Solr.

For other developers there is an extension point that can be used to add custom data to the database.
