You can't reset some specific part of the data.
I would say that if your server is a production server, this "not
accurate" data will quickly disappear from the used dashboards: after 1
day, this data will disappear from the day dashboard and after 1 week,
those data will disappear from the week dashboard.
Or if your server is a development/test server and if you want to gather
statistics on specific features after the start of the server, then you
can use the "all" period.
In fact, you can:
1. reset all the statistics in the dashboard for the "all" period,
2. then test the features in your application
3. view the gathered statistics for the tested features in the "all" period
4. back to step 1
This scenario is exactly the point of the dashboard for the "all" period.
